FSSAI 11th Food Analyst Exam : Eligibility Criteria
Exam Name	Eligibility Qualification
11th Food Analyst Examination (FAE)	Bachelor's / Master's / Doctorate degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Dairy Chemistry, Agriculture Science, Animal Science, Fisheries Science, Biotechnology, Food Safety, Food Technology, Food and Nutrition, Dairy Technology, Oil Technology, or Veterinary Sciences from a recognized University. OR Associate of the Institution of Chemists (India) by examination in the section of Food Analysts. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the analysis of food in any research institution or research laboratory is mandatory.

FSSAI 11th FAE Exam 2025 : Selection Process & Instructions

The examination consists of two stages: Computer Based Test (CBT) and Practical Examination.
Candidates qualifying the CBT will be eligible for the Practical Examination.
Junior Analysts with 3 years of experience can appear directly in the Practical Examination (One time opportunity).
Upon successful completion of both stages, candidates must undergo Mandatory Training (2 Weeks).
Certificates will be issued on 05/06/2026.
