  • Essential Requirement: Valid 15 years Residence Certificate in Goa & Knowledge of Konkani.
  • Talathi: Degree + 6-month Computer Diploma.
  • Village Panchayat Secretary: Degree + 6-month Computer Diploma + 1 Year Exp.
