Senior Research Assistant (Group B)	01	Master’s Degree in Social Sciences/Mass Comm + 3 years experience.
Assistant (Group B)	11	Bachelor’s Degree + 3 years experience as UDC.
Professional Assistant (Group B)	05	Master’s in Library Science + 2 years exp OR Bachelor’s in Library Science + 3 years exp.
Junior Programmer (Group B)	05	B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT) OR MCA/M.Sc (CS) + 2 years experience.
Upper Division Clerk (UDC) (Group C)	12	Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years experience as LDC.

IIMC Non-Teaching Selection Process 2025

The selection process involves a Written Test for Group A, B, and C posts.
A Skill Test (Qualifying nature) will be conducted for Group B and C posts.
An Interview will be held for Group A posts only.
Document Verification of original certificates.
Medical Examination.
