Nainital Bank Recruitment 2025 : Eligibility Criteria

Customer Service Associate (CSA) 21 - 32 Years
  • Graduation/Post Graduation with minimum 50% marks from a recognized University. Proficiency in Computer Operations is desirable.
Probationary Officer (Scale-I) 21 - 32 Years
  • Graduation/Post Graduation with minimum 50% marks in any discipline from a recognized University.
Specialist Officers (Scale-I) 21 - 32 Years
  • IT Officer: B.Tech/B.E (CS/IT/Electronics) or MCA with 60% marks.
  • CA/Law/Credit/Agri/HR: Respective Professional Degree (CA, LLB, MBA Finance/HR, Agri Degree) with required percentage.
Specialist Officers (Scale-II) 25 - 35/40/45 Years
  • Manager IT, Risk, CA, Law, Security Officer: Relevant Degree + Experience required. Check notification for details.

Important Instructions & Bond Details

  • Candidates must execute an Indemnity Bond upon selection.
  • For CSA: Bond Amount Rs. 1.50 Lakhs for 02 years.
  • For Scale I & II: Bond Amount Rs. 3.00 Lakhs for 02 years.
  • Exam Pattern: The online test includes Reasoning, English, General Awareness, Computer Knowledge/Professional Knowledge, and Quantitative Aptitude.
  • Total Marks: 200 Questions for 200 Marks (145 Minutes duration).
  • There is a penalty of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
  • Candidates can apply for only one post in the officer's cadre.
