MO (Specialist) - Obs & Gyn (Rs. 80,000 - 1,00,000/-)	02 (Gen)	MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics and Gynaecology or DGO recognized by MCI. Hindi or Sanskrit upto Matric.
Medical Officer (MBBS) (Rs. 50,000/-)	03 (Gen-2, SC-1)	M.B.B.S. from a recognized institute. Registered as Medical Practitioner with MCI or any State Medical Council.
Staff Nurse (Rs. 13,500/-)	04 (Gen-2, EWS-2)	B.Sc. Nursing / GNM course from a recognized institution. Registered with Haryana Nurses Registration Council. Hindi or Sanskrit upto Matric.
Laboratory Technician (Rs. 11,170/-)	01 (EWS)	B.Sc. in Lab Tech / Diploma in Lab Tech course from a recognized institute. Hindi or Sanskrit upto Matric.

NHM Selection Criteria & Process

Note: No written test/Interview shall be conducted. Selection is based on the following criteria:

Essential Basic Qualification (30 Marks): Calculated as (30 x Percentage / 100).
Relevant Work Experience (10 Marks): 02 marks for each completed year (Max 10 marks). Experience in Govt/Semi Govt/UT/NHM or JSI/NABH/NABL accredited private hospitals considered.
Local Area Weightage (10 Marks): 10 marks for bonafide residents of the district; 0 marks for out of district applicants (Applicable for posts except MO & Specialists).
Total Marks: 50 Marks.
Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates based on the above criteria will be called for DV.
Medical Examination: Appointment subject to being declared medically fit.
