Eligibility & Selection Process

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University. Must have computer knowledge (Internet, Email, Word Processing, Data Analysis, Presentation).
  • Language: Must be able to read, write, and speak Odia fluently and have passed Middle School/HSC with Odia as a subject.
  • Stage 1 (Prelims): 150 Marks (Arithmetic, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Current Events, Computer/Internet Awareness). Negative marking of 0.25.
  • Stage 2 (Mains): Paper-I (Language) & Paper-II (General Studies) - 200 Marks Total.
  • Skill Test: Computer Skill Test for Auditor, Inspector of Supplies, Junior Assistant, etc. (Qualifying Nature).
  • Certificate Verification: Candidates numbering 1.5 times the vacancies will be called based on Mains performance.

  • Fill in the registration form with personal and educational details.
  • Upload scanned photograph, signature, and left/right thumb impression.
  • Pay the examination fee of ₹500/- (Exempted for SC/ST/PwD).
  • Submit the application form and take a printout.
