  • Active member of a Scouts organization for the last 5 years.
Level-1 (Group- ‘D’) 08
  • 10th Pass OR 10th + NAC/ITI from a recognized Board/NCVT/SCVT.
  • Essential: Scouting/Guiding Qualification (President Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger OR Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB) holder).
  • Active member of a Scouts organization for the last 5 years.
