Selection Process
- Selection will be made based on marks scored by candidates in their academic and technical qualifications.
- There will be NO oral test (Interview) for this post.
- Weightage for marks distribution:
- Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology Course (CMLT - One year): 50%
- HSC/PUC: 30%
- SSLC/10th: 20%
- Selection follows rules of reservation and communal rotation issued by Government of Tamil Nadu.
- Note: In case marks are not specifically awarded for any batch of CMLT (one year) course, selection will be based only on SSLC and HSC/PUC examination marks.
How to Apply for TN MRB Field Assistant Recruitment 2025
- Applications are invited only through ONLINE MODE via MRB's official website: www.mrb.tn.gov.in.
- Click on "Online Registration" on the Home Page and select the post of Field Assistant.
- Fill all required particulars without skipping any field. Valid email ID and mobile number are mandatory.
- Upload scanned colour photograph and signature as per specifications along with all supporting documents/certificates.
- Enter Community Certificate details (number, issuing authority, date of issue).
- Pay application fee through online mode (Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card/Mobile Wallet).
- Submit the application before the last date (29.12.2025) and take a printout for future reference. Note down Registration Number and Password.
- Salary: Rs. 18,200 – 67,100 (Pay Matrix Level-5).
