The Social Welfare Department of Uttar Pradesh has released the notification for the UP Scholarship 2025-26. This scholarship scheme covers students of Class 9–10 (Pre-Matric), Class 11–12 (Post-Matric), and Post-Matric Other Than Intermediate courses. The online application process commences from 02 July 2025 for Pre-Matric and Post-Matric levels, and from 10 July 2025 for Post-Matric Other Than Intermediate. Interested candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria, age limit, and full notification before applying. Eligible students must submit their applications online via the official website before the deadline.

Course Name Eligibility Criteria
  • Pre Matric (Class 9th & 10th)
  • Post Matric (Class 11th & 12th)
  • Dashmottar (UG / PG / Diploma / Certificate)
  • Domicile: Candidates must have Domicile of Uttar Pradesh.
  • Pre Matric: Passed Class 8th exam and enrolled in Class 9th OR Passed Class 9th exam and enrolled in Class 10th.
  • Post Matric: Passed Class 10th exam and enrolled in Class 11th OR Passed Class 11th exam and enrolled in Class 12th.
  • Dashmottar: Enrolled in any UG / PG / Diploma / Certificate Examination.

  • Latest Passport Size Scan Photo
  • For Renewal Candidates: Kindly Use Last Year Registration Number to Login to Renewal Section and Enter the Fresh Details.

How To Fill UP Scholarship Online Form 2025-26

  • Interested candidates who wish to apply for the UP Scholarship can submit their application online before 20 December 2025 (for Dashmottar courses).

  • Offline Submission: After filling the Online Scholarship Form, candidates need to take a printout of the complete form, attach relevant documents, and send it to the respective College / School / Institution before the due date.
