UP Scholarship Scheme Online Form 2025-26

The Social Welfare Department of Uttar Pradesh has released the notification for the UP Scholarship 2025-26 for students of Class 9–10 (Pre-Matric), Class 11–12 (Post-Matric), and Post-Matric Other Than Intermediate. The online application process will be open from 02 July 2025 to 30 October 2025 for Pre-Matric and Post-Matric, and from 10 July 2025 to 20 December 2025 for Post-Matric Other Than Intermediate. Interested candidates must check the eligibility criteria, age limit, and read the full notification before applying. Eligible students can submit their applications online within the given dates.

Pre Matric Uttar Pradesh
  • Candidates hailing from Uttar Pradesh and having Domicile of Uttar Pradesh can only avail this Scholarship facility.
  • Class 09th: Passed class 8th exam and enrolled in Class 09th.
  • Class 10th: Passed class 09th exam and enrolled in Class 10th.
Post Matric Uttar Pradesh
  • Class 11th: Passed class 10th exam and enrolled in Class 11th.
  • Class 12th: Passed class 11th exam and enrolled in Class 12th.
Dashmottar Uttar Pradesh
  • Candidates must be enrolled in any UG / PG / Diploma / Certificate Examination to fill up this scholarship form.

UP Scholarship 2025-26 : Documents Required & Instructions

  • Candidates have to attach the following documents along with the Hard copy of the Online Application Form:
  • Last Qualifying Exam Mark Sheet
  • Caste Certificate and Income Certificate
  • Bank Passbook and Fee Receipt Number
  • Annual Non Refundable Amount and Enrollment Number
  • Aadhar Card Number
  • Latest Passport Size Scan Photo
  • For Renewal Candidates: Kindly Use Last Year Registration Number to Login to Renewal Section and Enter the Fresh Details.
  • After filling the Online Scholarship Form candidates need to take the print out of complete form and are required to send it to the respective College / School / Institution before due Date.
