  • Graduate in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control Engg./ Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Power Plant Engineering). 20 years (post qualification) experience required.
Executive Director (HR&A) 01 (UR)
  • Graduate in any discipline with MBA (HR) or PG Diploma / Degree (2 yrs. full time course) in Personal Management & IR or MSW or DSW or MHRM from any recognized University or reputed Institute approved by AICTE / IIMs / XLRI / IISWBM. Degree in Law is desirable. 20 years (post qualification) experience required.

Selection Process & Salary Details

  • Selection Process: Personal Interview only (to be held in Kolkata). Knowledge of ability to read, write and speak in Bengali (unless mother tongue is Nepali) will be tested at the time of Personal Interview. Final Merit List will be based solely on scores obtained in the Personal Interview (100% weightage).
  • Salary/Pay Scale: Basic Pay Rs. 1,56,500/- in the Pay Scale of Rs. 1,56,500 – 2,10,800/- Pay Level 14 of WBPDCL ROPA – 2020. Other allowances applicable as per Rules of the Corporation.
